Originally from China, Elmo started her dance journey in 2008. After half year from her first popping class, she got a performance chance for local TV shows and university tour shows in Shandong province.
Elmo moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2009 for post-secondary education. However dance, especially popping is always her biggest passion. She has learned and trained from many teachers from the world. After years of training her hard-working and dedication brought to Busta A Move, one of the largest street dance battle & festival in east coast of Canada. As her first battle outside of Vancouver she placed top 8 in popping. She also won the first place titles in other events like The Choice Is Yours etc.
Meanwhile she also expanded her passion through organizing dance event. 'Toonie Thursday' & 'The Rematch'. The battle and party type of dance events to encourage all level of people to join.
